Missouri Courthouse Under Fire: Legal Bombshell Challenges Authority Over All Cases
Sara Rice McFall and Megan Christian McFall are leading a constitutional battle against the legitimacy of the Ripley County Courthouse in Doniphan, Missouri. Following their false imprisonment after surviving a brutal attack on October 10, 2021, the twins allege the courthouse lacks the legal authority to operate due to the absence of a vesting deed. Shockingly, the Ripley County Courthouse is unlawfully operating on abandoned property, lacking both a valid contract and a vesting deed for the land it occupies. This constitutes trespass and a complete absence of legal authority. As a result, every case handled since the courthouse’s inception is void of jurisdiction, rendering all actions taken by elected officials and employees within its walls fundamentally unauthorized and illegal back to the 1840's.
On October 10, 2021, the McFall twins, Megan and Sara, were viciously and brutially attacked in their backyard and cut nearly in half by a large burly neighbor who lived a few houses from the girls (both weighing about 100 pounds, and 5' tall) did not know, Daniel Richmond, who inflicted 15-inch gaping wounds on both sisters’ chests over a cat the girls believed Daniel Richmond had violently killed. Sara McFall was declared clinically dead en route to the hospital but miraculously revived during the helicopter transport thanks to Divine intervention. Despite overwhelming evidence of malicious intent, the investigating officer shockingly dismissed Richmond’s actions as self-defense, stating: The Northwest Ordinance requires valid land titles for any government authority operating on U.S. territory. The Ripley County Courthouse in Doniphan Missouri has failed to provide proof of such a deed, rendering all operations void ab initio. The Supreme Court ruling in Ex parte Milligan asserts that courts operating outside lawful jurisdiction conduct actions ultra vires (beyond authority). The twins’ case alleges violations of their Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment rights, affecting multiple case numbers, including, but not limited to 24RI-CR00308/24RI-CR00308-01, 21RI-CR00579/21RI-CR00579-01 and 21RI-CR00578/21RI-CR00578-01. The McFalls demand the immediate cessation of courthouse operations until a valid vesting deed is produced. Failure to comply within 10 business days will result in elected courthouse officials and employees knowingly operting in Trespass of the law with knowledge of the crimes against flesh and blood human beings committed by officials and employees operating in Trespass in the Ripley County Courthouse in Doniphan a.k.a. Donyfen Missouri since its inception as cited in their filings: "Be advised: You are hereby charged with knowledge of the contents hereof" and federal lawsuits citing constitutional violations."
